ATM management in a multivendor environment

Financial institutions and their data processing centers work very hard to provide reliable services to their customers. This leads to an increasing demand for prompt and comprehensive information about the counters of banknotes and coins, the availability and the status of the self-service terminals as well as remote management functions optimizing efficency and cost. The SBS product KIXOperator allows to collect and process this data and to manage the self-service terminal fleet in a unified way even in a multivendor hardware environment.

Optimization of ATM management - requirements and solutions

Professional cash handlers still face various challenges to manage ATMs effectively. The functional scope should take into account the entire supply chain from cash monitoring and forecasting for ATMs to CiT and cash center performance management. The complexity of the task begins with the correct configuration of ATMs and cash recyclers and ends not only with the question of procurement depth and alternatives for CiT companies in the respective logistics region. We will discuss which requirements are important for decision makers and how to identify and define the right technical and organizational solutions.
